Leadership Camp

Session Preference: If you have not attended a Leadership Camp or Leadership Day, you must participate in one before volunteering. If you have attended a Leadership Camp please indicate when below. Also, indicate on the line your 1st choice and 2nd choice week you want to be a volunteer. You will receive a confirmation letter informing you of the week you have been signed up for. (Weeks assigned are based on a first come, first serve basis.)
Leadership Camp: June 25-27     OR     Leadership Day: June 23rd

I agree, as a volunteer at Us In The Son, I will come every day in appropriate attire, arrive at 7:45 am and stay until 4:15 pm. I understand that any inappropriate behavior or words will result in the end of my participation in the program.
