1.     Simply visit the Parish Office (see office hours on Home page) and complete a Registration Form, or

2.     Access a Parish Registration Form under "Parish Forms" on the home page of the web site and

        a.     Download, print, complete and drop off at the Parish Office or place in collection basket, or

        b.     Open the "On-line" form, complete and click "Submit".
