Rev. Ian Bustonera
Parochial Vicar
Office Phone: (714) 970-2771, Ext. 115
E-mail: IanB@smdpyl.orgOur parochial vicar, Fr Ian, was born on April 30, 1977, grew-up and finished his elementary and high school in the small town of Infanta, Quezon Philippines. Right now, in his family, they are like the united nations; his mother is working in Saudi
Arabia (as a dress maker), one of his brothers is working in Iraq (as a professional electrician and welder), another one of his brothers is in heaven, and he is in California (he is the youngest). The rest of Fr Ian's family is in
the Philippines working in their small rice field. Eventually in (March 2008) he became a pastor of the Nuestra Senora dela Salvacion Parish on the remote and beautiful island of Jomalig, Quezon Philippines. His favorites... food -of course, he loves to eat seafood (esp. grilled tuna, prawn, oyster and squid -together with the white rice) because his
family used to live near the Pacific Ocean. As for movies -he is a fan of Disney animation and Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Harry Potter, -any adventure movies. He likes playing the guitar and does lots of walking (you can see him
walking from the rectory going to Yorba Linda Blvd to Village Center to Fairmont, and back to YLB, -within one hour!)
