*Confirmation Fee includes High School Youth Ministry Fee and Generations of Faith
Confirmation 2 Retreat $150.00 per youth.

The amounts above are what it costs per youth for the year. If you would like to donate more to help scholarship a family who cannot afford the registration, please include with payment. Thank you!
 
PARISH REGISTRATION  

St. Martin’s Confirmation Program is for active parish families only. If you are not registered at St. Martin’s, please do so before registering your youth in our program.

All forms must be completed before youth can be registered. If the youth did not receive Baptism or First Eucharist at St. Martin’s, then a copy of the youth’s Baptismal and First Eucharist certificates are required at the time of registration.

Note: When you click on SUBMIT, the Confirming Disciples Preparation Registration Form will be sent to the Youth Faith Formation Director to register the student in the program. The Youth Faith Formation Director will send an email to confirm the registration and notify you of any additional requirements. You will also be sent to the parish website credit card process to pay for the preparation program.
